Since 2020, Boldly Built has worked with Melbourne architects and homeowners on residential builds where set-out, sequencing and finish quality matter. The work is planned properly, built neatly and checked before the next trade moves in.

We care about the parts of a home that show up every day: doors that close properly, plaster lines that run straight, waterproofing that is done once and details that still look right after handover.

05 · Our Process

From frame
to finish.

A build runs better when decisions are made early, trades know the sequence and the site is checked properly from first measure to handover.

01
Brief & site meeting

We meet on site with the homeowner, architect or designer, read the drawings and walk through access, existing conditions, budget expectations and the level of finish required.
Weeks 0 to 2

Measure & plan

We measure the site, check services and structure, confirm key constraints with consultants and flag anything that needs resolving before works start.
Weeks 2 to 4

Program & procure

We build the schedule, book trades, order long lead items and confirm shop drawings so framing, windows, joinery, stone and fixtures arrive in the right order.
Weeks 4 to 8
04
Build & rough-in

Set-out, demolition, framing, structural works and rough-ins are checked against the drawings as the work progresses. Issues are dealt with on site before they become finish defects.
Months 2 to 6
05
Finish & fit-out

Cabinetry, stone, tiling, flooring, fixtures and paint are installed against the agreed details. We walk the site weekly and keep finished surfaces protected as trades move through.
Months 6 to 12
06
Handover & maintenance

Before handover we complete defects, certification, appliance information and maintenance notes. After move-in, we stay available for warranty items and seasonal adjustments.
